Founded in 2019, SHE Achievers is an executive association which embodies top female CEOs and dignified past award winners of the Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards. The SHE Achievers initiative stand for women empowerment and will get the voices of women heard on important social matters. SHE Achievers has the objective of furthering the cause of women in the country by addressing some of the pressing challenges which face women, and making concerted efforts to overcome them for the benefit of women as a whole.

The first meeting was to promote business and social networking amongst the elite members of SHE Achievers and other prominent female international and Ghanaian personalities. There was also a short workshop on women entrepreneurship and leadership for Africa under the China Europe International Business School program tailor-made for global female leadership icons and other women entrepreneurs.
